North Carolina High School Basketball - Independence crushes Providence

The Independence Patriots (Charlotte, NC) basketball crushed the visiting Providence Panthers (Charlotte, NC), 81-45 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Patriots now possess a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to Dorman for a non-league bout on Friday, December 5. Independence will play a Cavaliers team coming off a 79-69 non-league win over Easley (Easley, SC). The Cavaliers record now stands at 3-0.

In their next game, the Panthers battle the Piedmont Panthers (Monroe, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 4. Providence will attempt to better on its 1-3 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 60-35 non-league win over Union Academy (Monroe, NC).
