December 2, 2025: Sedona, AZ 86336 The North Valley Christian Academy Lions basketball team scored 67 points and limited the host Red Rock Scorpions to 4 in the Lions non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Lions now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lincoln Prep for a non-league game on Monday, December 8. North Valley Christian Academy will play a Lightning team coming off a 35-31 non-league win over Benson (Benson, AZ). The Lightning record now stands at 8-1.
With the loss, Red Rock falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Scorpions host Rancho Solano Prep (Scottsdale, AZ) to play the Mustangs in a 2A Central game on Thursday, December 4. The Mustangs go into the game with a record of 2-3. Rancho Solano Prep won 68-6 in their recent non-league test against ALA - Mesa North (Mesa, AZ)
