Williamsville South Billies (Williamsville, NY) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Amherst Central Tigers (Amherst, NY), 95-51 in a league bout.

With the win, Williamsville South upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Billies host Nardin Academy (Buffalo, NY) to play the Gators in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 30. The Gators go into the bout with a record of 1-4. Nardin Academy won 50-46 in their recent non-league bout against East Aurora (East Aurora, NY)

Next up, the Tigers play the Maryvale Flyers (Cheektowaga, NY) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 22. Amherst Central will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Flyers go into the bout with a 2-4 record after their 68-16 league loss to Pioneer (Yorkshire, NY).
