In Monday's league match, the visiting Juniata Valley Hornets basketball team scored a good 31-15 triumph over the West Branch Warriors.

In their next game, the Hornets meet the Cambria Heights Highlanders (Patton, PA) in a non-league match, on Thursday, December 23. Juniata Valley will attempt to better on its 3-2 season record. The Highlanders enter the match with a 1-2 record after their 38-34 non-league loss to Windber (Windber, PA).
