December 20, 2022: Covington, GA 30014 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Alcovy Tigers (Covington, GA) and the visiting Social Circle Redskins (Social Circle, GA), saw Alcovy's basketball squad overcome Social Circle by a tally of 68-55.
With the victory, Alcovy improves its record to 4-6 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Griffin (Griffin, GA) to confront the Bears in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 21. The Bears come into the challenge with a record of 6-6. Griffin lost 71-66 in their recent league challenge against Westside (Macon, GA)
Next up, the Redskins confront the Thomson Bulldogs (Thomson, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 22. Social Circle will attempt to improve on its 5-4 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 4-1 record after their 93-47 non-league win over Stockbridge (Stockbridge, GA).
