In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Eastside Eagles (Covington, GA) basketball squad beat the visiting Alcovy Tigers (Covington, GA), by a margin of 68-53.

The Eagles (2-1) will now prepare for their outing against Ola (McDonough, GA). The Mustangs go into the non-league outing with a 0-4 record. In their last outing, Ola was topped by Woodland (Stockbridge, GA), 67-37, in a non-league outing.

The Tigers now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they host Jonesboro for a AAAAAA Region 3 outing on Tuesday, November 29. Alcovy will clash with a Cardinals squad coming off a 72-60 non-league win over Creekside (Fairburn, GA). The Cardinals record now stands at 1-0.
