December 20, 2022: La Pine, OR 97739 In Tuesday's non-league outing, the La Pine Hawks (La Pine, OR) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Taft Tigers (Lincoln City, OR), by a margin of 62-35.
The Hawks (4-1) will now prepare for their outing against Creswell (Creswell, OR). The Bulldogs go into the 3A Mountain Valley outing with a 6-2 record. In their last outing, Creswell smashed North Bend (North Bend, OR), 62-28, in a non-league outing.
The Tigers now own a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Culver for a non-league outing on Wednesday, December 21. Taft will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 64-32 non-league win over Gilchrist (Gilchrist, OR). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-2.
