Maine High School Basketball - Yarmouth tops Mt. Ararat
December 20, 2022: Yarmouth, ME 04096 Yarmouth Clippers (Yarmouth, ME) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Mt. Ararat Eagles (Topsham, ME), 49-31 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Yarmouth upgrades its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Clippers travel to Westbrook (Westbrook, ME) to play the Blue Blazes in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 29. The Blue Blazes come into the bout with a record of 5-1. Westbrook won 77-72 in their recent league bout against Kennebunk (Kennebunk, ME)
Next up, the Eagles play the Falmouth Navigators (Falmouth, ME) in a A South bout, on Tuesday, December 27. Mt. Ararat will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Navigators come into the bout with a 3-1 record after their 63-55 league win over Brunswick (Brunswick, ME).
