Maine High School Basketball - Mt. Ararat tops Brunswick
January 21, 2023: Topsham, ME 04086 Mt. Ararat Eagles (Topsham, ME) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Brunswick Dragons (Brunswick, ME), 39-30 in a league bout.
With the victory, Mt. Ararat upgrades its record to 6-6 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Morse (Bath, ME) to play the Shipbuilders in a A South bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Shipbuilders come into the bout with a record of 1-11. Morse lost 46-34 in their recent league bout against Marshwood (South Berwick, ME)
Next up, the Dragons play the Falmouth Navigators (Falmouth, ME) in a A South bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Brunswick will attempt to upgrade on its 4-8 season record. The Navigators come into the bout with a 8-3 record after their 44-41 non-league loss to Portland (Portland, ME).
