Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Canyon Eagles (Canyon, TX) and the visiting Borger Bulldogs (Borger, TX), saw Canyon's basketball squad wallop Borger by a count of 87-20.

With the victory, Canyon upgrades its record to 8-2 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Godley (Godley, TX) to play the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 28. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 14-4. Godley won 48-41 in their recent non-league challenge against Connally (Waco, TX)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Pampa Harvesters (Pampa, TX) in a 4A Region I District 4 challenge, on Friday, January 6. Borger will attempt to upgrade on its 8-4 season record.
