Connecticut High School Basketball - Wolcott crushes Kennedy
December 20, 2022: Wolcott, CT 06716 Wolcott Eagles (Wolcott, CT) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Kennedy Eagles (Waterbury, CT), 61-23 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Wolcott upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Eagles travel to Woodland Regional (Beacon Falls, CT) to clash with the Hawks in a Naugatuck Valley - Brass bout on Friday, December 23. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 2-1. Woodland Regional lost 51-39 in their recent non-league bout against Oxford (Oxford, CT)
Next up, the Eagles clash with the Derby Red Raiders (Derby, CT) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 23. Kennedy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Red Raiders go into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 48-15 non-league loss to Naugatuck (Naugatuck, CT).
