Louisiana High School Basketball - West Monroe crushes Jonesboro-Hodge
December 20, 2023: West Monroe, LA 71291 West Monroe Rebels (West Monroe, LA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Jonesboro-Hodge Tigers (Jonesboro, LA), 69-36 in a non-league bout.
With the win, West Monroe upgrades its record to 6-4 on the season. The Rebels travel to Carroll (Monroe, LA) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 21. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 8-3. Carroll won 64-35 in their recent non-league bout against Woodlawn-Shreveport (Shreveport, LA)
Next up, the Tigers play the Arcadia Hornets (Arcadia, LA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 29. Jonesboro-Hodge will attempt to upgrade on its 2-9 season record. The Hornets go into the bout with a 3-9 record after their 89-80 non-league loss to Gibsland-Coleman (Gibsland, LA).
