Kentucky High School Basketball - Lee County knocked off by Menifee County
December 20, 2023: Beattyville, KY 41311 The Menifee County Wildcats basketball team scored 68 points and held the host Lee County Bobcats to 49 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Wildcats now sport a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Model for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 21. Menifee County will battle a Patriots team coming off a 63-59 non-league win over Metcalfe County (Edmonton, KY). The Patriots record now stands at 4-5.
The Bobcats (4-5) will now prepare for their contest against Metcalfe County (Edmonton, KY). The Hornets enter the non-league contest with a 1-6 record. In their last contest, Metcalfe County was defeated by Model (Richmond, KY), 63-59, in a non-league contest.
