December 20, 2023: Falls Church, VA 22043 The George C. Marshall Statesmen basketball team (Falls Church, VA), dropped 47-32 in Wednesday's league battle with the visiting Washington-Liberty Generals (Arlington, VA)
The Generals now possess a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Herndon for a District 2 battle on Tuesday, January 9.
The Statesmen (2-4) will now prepare for their battle against Woodgrove (Purcellville, VA). The Wolverines come into the non-league battle with a 8-0 record. In their last battle, Woodgrove beat Loudoun Valley (Purcellville, VA), 86-40, in a non-league battle.
