Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Poston Butte Broncos (San Tan Valley, AZ) and the host Vista Grande Spartans (Casa Grande, AZ), saw Poston Butte's basketball squad hold off Vista Grande by a tally of 36-29.

With the victory, Poston Butte improves its record to 10-6 on the campaign. The Broncos host Greenway (Phoenix, AZ) to confront the Demons in a non-league challenge on Monday, January 8. The Demons come into the challenge with a record of 3-7. Greenway won 57-31 in their recent non-league challenge against Verrado (Buckeye, AZ)
