Aurora Huskies (Aurora, NE) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the host York Dukes (York, NE), 52-45 in a league match.

With the victory, Aurora upgrades its record to 4-1 on the year. The Huskies host Northwest (Grand Island, NE) to face the Vikings in a non-league match on Saturday, December 21. The Vikings enter the match with a record of 2-2. Northwest won 56-51 in their recent non-league match against Seward (Seward, NE)

The Dukes now sport a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Schuyler for a non-league match on Tuesday, January 7.
