Maryland High School Basketball - Bethesda-Chevy Chase holds off Walter Johnson
December 20, 2024: Bethesda, MD 20814 The Bethesda-Chevy Chase Barons basketball team scored 57 points and limited the host Walter Johnson Wildcats to 55 in the Barons league triumph on Friday.
The Barons now have a 3-3 record. They play next when they host Einstein for a non-league game on Friday, January 3. Bethesda-Chevy Chase will confront a Titans team coming off a 58-43 league loss to Northwood (Silver Spring, MD). The Titans record now stands at 0-5.
With the loss, Walter Johnson falls to 0-6 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Meade (Fort Meade, MD) to confront the Mustangs in a non-league game on Friday, December 27. The Mustangs go into the game with a record of 2-3.
