Oregon High School Basketball - Dayton holds off Blanchet Catholic
December 20, 2024: Salem, OR 97301 In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Dayton Pirates basketball team scored a close 67-61 triumph over the Blanchet Catholic Cavaliers.
The Pirates (5-3) will now prepare for their contest against North Valley (Grants Pass, OR). The Knights go into the non-league contest with a 2-5 record. In their last contest, North Valley was tipped by Klamath Union (Klamath Falls, OR), 75-68, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Cavaliers confront the Yamhill-Carlton Tigers (Yamhill, OR) in a non-league contest, on Monday, December 30. Blanchet Catholic will attempt to better on its 3-3 season record.
