The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Connally Cadets (Waco, TX) and the visiting Palestine Wildcats (Palestine, TX), observed Connally's basketball team overwhelm Palestine by a score of 70-40.

The Cadets (9-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Southwest Christian School (Fort Worth, TX). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 3-12 record. In their last challenge, Southwest Christian School was routed by Parker-Tarrant HomeSchool (Fort Worth, TX), 87-73, in a non-league challenge.
