The Delsea Crusaders basketball team scored 46 points and limited the visiting Highland Regional Tartans to 39 in the Crusaders league triumph on Friday.

The Crusaders now have a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Cherry Hill East for a non-league game on Saturday, December 21. Delsea will confront a Cougars team coming off a 52-51 non-league win over Rancocas Valley (Mt. Holly, NJ). The Cougars record now stands at 2-0.

With the loss, Highland Regional falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Tartans travel to Gloucester City (Gloucester City, NJ) to confront the Lions in a non-league game on Friday, December 27. The Lions go into the game with a record of 3-0. Gloucester City won 53-52 in their recent non-league game against Florence Township Memorial (Florence, NJ)
