The Lake Pointe Academy Mariners were victorious over the visiting Richard Winn Academy Eagles basketball squad by a final score of 50-36 in Friday's non-league outing.

Next, the Mariners clash with the Riverwalk Academy Lions (Rock Hill, SC) in a non-league outing, on Friday, January 3. Lake Pointe Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 8-2 season record. The Lions enter the outing with a 1-5 record after their 56-27 league loss to Lamar (Lamar, SC).
