The May Tigers basketball team scored 68 points and limited the visiting Rising Star Wildcats to 21 in the Tigers league triumph on Friday.

The Tigers now have a 13-1 record. They play next when they travel to Non Varsity Opponent for a non-league game on Thursday, December 26. May will confront a team coming off a 103-70 non-league loss to Newman AAA (Boston, MA). The record now stands at 78-180.

With the loss, Rising Star falls to 3-6 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Santa Anna (Santa Anna, TX) to confront the Mountaineers in a 1A Region III District 21 game on Tuesday, December 31.
