California High School Basketball - Palos Verdes bested by South
December 20, 2024: Torrance, CA 90505 South Spartans (Torrance, CA) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting Palos Verdes Sea Kings (Palos Verdes Estates, CA), 65-56 in a non-league match.
With the victory, South advances its record to 12-5 on the year. The Spartans travel to Centennial (Compton, CA) to meet the Apaches in a non-league match on Thursday, December 26. The Apaches enter the match with a record of 0-9. Centennial lost 78-24 in their recent non-league match against Culver City (Culver City, CA)
The Sea Kings now own a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to El Segundo for a non-league match on Saturday, December 21. Palos Verdes will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 54-49 non-league win over Los Amigos (Fountain Valley, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 4-9.
