Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Plum knocks off Shaler Area
December 20, 2024: Pittsburgh, PA 15239 The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Plum Mustangs (Pittsburgh, PA) and the visiting Shaler Area Titans (Pittsburgh, PA), observed Plum's basketball team overcome Shaler Area by a margin of 63-51.
The Mustangs (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Deer Lakes (Russellton, PA). The Lancers come into the non-league challenge with a 7-1 record. In their last challenge, Deer Lakes defeated Burrell (Lower Burrell, PA), 72-52, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Titans battle the Highlands Golden Rams (Natrona Heights, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 28. Shaler Area will attempt to better on its 3-3 season record. The Golden Rams come into the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 74-36 league loss to Knoch (Saxonburg, PA).
