December 20, 2024: Shingle Springs, CA 95682 The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Jesuit Marauders (Carmichael, CA) and the host Ponderosa Bruins (Shingle Springs, CA), observed Jesuit's basketball team overwhelm Ponderosa by a score of 77-38.
The Marauders (10-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Roseville (Roseville, CA). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 5-3 record. In their last challenge, Roseville was routed by Folsom (Folsom, CA), 69-26, in a non-league bout.
With the loss, Ponderosa falls to 1-4 on the campaign. The Bruins host Sacramento (Sacramento, CA) to play the Dragons in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 21. The Dragons go into the bout with a record of 8-2. Sacramento lost 61-44 in their recent non-league bout against Jesuit (Carmichael, CA)
