The Valley Vikings basketball squad (Sacramento, CA), was nudged 25-18 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Florin Panthers (Sacramento, CA)

With the victory, Florin advances its record to 2-5 on the year. The Panthers travel to Elk Grove (Elk Grove, CA) to meet the Thundering Herd in a non-league battle on Saturday, December 21. The Thundering Herd enter the battle with a record of 2-6. Elk Grove lost 42-28 in their recent non-league battle against Casa Roble (Orangevale, CA)

The Vikings now own a 0-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Golden Sierra for a non-league battle on Monday, December 30. Valley will meet a Grizzlies squad coming off a 34-30 non-league win over Foresthill (Foresthill, CA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 4-4.
