Iowa High School Basketball - Hillcrest Academy victorious over Pekin
December 20, 2024: Packwood, IA 52580 In Friday's league contest, the visiting Hillcrest Academy Ravens basketball team scored a good 49-36 triumph over the Pekin Panthers.
The Ravens (5-2) will now prepare for their contest against Louisa-Muscatine (Letts, IA). The Falcons go into the SEI - North contest with a 2-5 record. In their last contest, Louisa-Muscatine was topped by Lone Tree (Lone Tree, IA), 55-24, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Panthers battle the Columbus Wildcats (Columbus Junction, IA) in a SEI - North contest, on Thursday, January 2. Pekin will attempt to better on its 4-3 season record. The Wildcats go into the contest with a 8-1 record after their 57-23 league win over Wapello (Wapello, IA).
