The Spanaway Lake Sentinels (Spanaway, WA) basketball edged the visiting Emerald Ridge Jaguars (South Hill, WA), 28-27 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Sentinels now possess a 4-4 record. They play next when they travel to Auburn Mountainview for a non-league bout on Monday, December 23. Spanaway Lake will play a Lions team coming off a 34-21 non-league win over Federal Way (Federal Way, WA). The Lions record now stands at 2-2.
