Florida High School Basketball - P.K. Yonge overwhelms Hawthorne
December 20, 2024: Hawthorne, FL 32640 The P.K. Yonge Blue Wave basketball team scored 65 points and limited the host Hawthorne Hornets to 41 in the Blue Wave non-league triumph on Friday.
The Blue Wave now possess a 4-3 record. They play next when they host Newberry for a game on Monday, December 23.
With the loss, Hawthorne falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Williston (Williston, FL) to confront the Red Devils in a non-league game on Friday, January 17. The Red Devils go into the game with a record of 8-0.
