Georgia High School Basketball - Heard County overwhelms Callaway

December 20, 2025: Franklin, GA 30217

The Heard County Braves basketball squad scored 75 points and held the visiting Callaway Cavaliers to 52 in the Braves non-league victory on Saturday.

Next, the Braves face the Creekside Seminoles (Fairburn, GA) in a non-league outing, on Monday, December 29. Heard County will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Seminoles enter the outing with a 7-4 record after their 70-66 non-league win over Woodland (Stockbridge, GA).

The Cavaliers (2-4) will now prepare for their outing against Russell County (Seale, AL). The Warriors enter the non-league outing with a 8-4 record. In their last outing, Russell County routed Northside (Columbus, GA), 55-31, in a non-league game.
