Wisconsin High School Basketball - River Falls topped by Eau Claire Memorial
December 21, 2021: River Falls, WI 54022 The Eau Claire Memorial Old Abes basketball team scored 50 points and restricted the host River Falls Wildcats to 38 in the Old Abes league victory on Tuesday.
The Old Abes now sport a 7-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Appleton East for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 28. Eau Claire Memorial will battle a Patriots team coming off a 79-58 league win over Fond du Lac (Fond du Lac, WI). The Patriots record now stands at 5-0.
The Wildcats (5-1) will now prepare for their contest against La Crosse Logan (La Crosse, WI). The Rangers come into the non-league contest with a 0-5 record. In their last contest, La Crosse Logan was defeated by Onalaska (Onalaska, WI), 81-58, in a league contest.
