The Union Area Scotties topped the visiting Shenango Wildcats basketball team by a final score of 62-49 in Tuesday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Scotties face the Wilmington Greyhounds (New Wilmington, PA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, December 28. Union Area will attempt to move on its 6-0 season record. The Greyhounds enter the game with a 0-5 record after their 77-27 league loss to Grove City (Grove City, PA).
