December 21, 2021: Schuylkill Haven, PA 17972 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Blue Mountain Eagles (Schuylkill Haven, PA) and the visiting Pottsville Crimson Tide (Pottsville, PA), saw Blue Mountain's basketball squad knock off Pottsville by a count of 41-30.
With the victory, Blue Mountain upgrades its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Eagles host Muhlenberg (Laureldale, PA) to play the Muhls in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 23. The Muhls come into the challenge with a record of 1-3. Muhlenberg lost 46-33 in their recent non-league challenge against West York Area (York, PA)
Next up, the Crimson Tide play the Panther Valley Panthers (Lansford, PA) in a Schuylkill County 1 challenge, on Tuesday, January 4. Pottsville will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 80-31 league loss to North Schuylkill (Ashland, PA).
