The Lowpoint-Washburn Wildcats basketball team scored 69 points and restricted the host Leland Panthers to 26 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Wildcats now sport a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hiawatha for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 27. Lowpoint-Washburn will battle a Hawks team coming off a 62-44 league win over Leland (Leland, IL). The Hawks record now stands at 3-9.
