In Wednesday's non-league match, the visiting Lowpoint-Washburn Wildcats basketball team scored a decisive 62-31 triumph over the DePue Little Giants.

In their next game, the Wildcats face the LaMoille Lions (LaMoille, IL) in a non-league match, on Thursday, December 29. Lowpoint-Washburn will attempt to move on its 9-5 season record. The Lions enter the match with a 5-6 record after their 52-25 non-league win over Hiawatha (Kirkland, IL).
