Maryland High School Basketball - Linganore overwhelms Frederick
December 21, 2022: Frederick, MD 21701 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Linganore Lancers (Frederick, MD) and the host Frederick Cadets (Frederick, MD), saw Linganore's basketball squad wallop Frederick by a tally of 77-46.
With the victory, Linganore improves its record to 6-0 on the campaign. The Lancers travel to Middletown (Middletown, MD) to confront the Knights in a Central Maryland challenge on Tuesday, January 3. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 2-2.
Next up, the Cadets confront the Oxon Hill Clippers (Oxon Hill, MD) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 29. Frederick will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record. The Clippers come into the challenge with a 4-1 record after their 53-40 non-league loss to Flowers (Springdale, MD).
