December 21, 2023: Westfield, WI 53964 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Amherst Falcons (Amherst, WI) and the host Westfield Area Pioneers (Westfield, WI), saw Amherst's basketball squad knock off Westfield Area by a tally of 54-45.
With the victory, Amherst improves its record to 4-4 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Omro (Omro, WI) to play the Foxes in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 22. The Foxes come into the challenge with a record of 6-1. Omro won 76-54 in their recent league challenge against North Fond du Lac (North Fond du Lac, WI)
Next up, the Pioneers play the Rio Vikings (Rio, WI) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 28. Westfield Area will attempt to improve on its 3-5 season record.
