Kentucky High School Basketball - Daviess County tops Bethlehem
December 21, 2023: Bardstown, KY 40004 Daviess County Panthers (Owensboro, KY) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Bethlehem Eagles/Banshees (Bardstown, KY), 63-45 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Daviess County upgrades its record to 7-3 on the campaign. The Panthers host Glasgow (Glasgow, KY) to play the Scotties in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 27. The Scotties come into the bout with a record of 3-4.
Next up, the Eagles/Banshees play the Edmonson County Wildcats (Brownsville, KY) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 22. Bethlehem will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Wildcats come into the bout with a 3-4 record after their 63-60 non-league loss to Barren County (Glasgow, KY).
