The Downers Grove South Mustangs basketball team scored 59 points and held the visiting Minooka Indians to 46 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Mustangs now sport a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hinsdale Central for a non-league contest on Friday, January 5.

The Indians (3-9) will now prepare for their contest against Joliet Central (Joliet, IL). The Steelmen enter the SouthWest Prairie contest with a 7-3 record.
