Maine High School Basketball - Lincoln Academy crushes Lisbon
December 21, 2023: Lisbon Falls, ME 04252 Lincoln Academy Eagles (Newcastle, ME) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Lisbon Greyhounds (Lisbon Falls, ME), 84-23 in a league bout.
With the win, Lincoln Academy upgrades its record to 4-0 on the season. The Eagles travel to Mountain Valley (Rumford, ME) to clash with the Falcons in a B South bout on Saturday, December 23. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 1-2.
Next up, the Greyhounds clash with the Portland Bulldogs (Portland, ME) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 27. Lisbon will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 5-1 record after their 46-39 non-league win over South Portland (South Portland, ME).
