In Thursday's league outing, the McLane Highlanders (Fresno, CA) basketball squad felled the host Torres Toros (Madera, CA), by a margin of 68-59.

The Highlanders (8-6) will now prepare for their outing against Templeton (Templeton, CA). The Eagles go into the non-league outing with a 10-3 record.

The Toros now own a 3-5 record. They play next when they travel to Reedley for a non-league outing on Wednesday, December 27. Torres will encounter a Pirates squad coming off a 65-55 non-league win over Mariposa County (Mariposa, CA). The Pirates record now stands at 4-6.
