Minnesota High School Basketball - Spectrum over St. Francis
December 21, 2023: St. Francis, MN 55070 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Spectrum Sting (Elk River, MN) and the host St. Francis Fighting Saints (St. Francis, MN), saw Spectrum's basketball squad overcome St. Francis by a tally of 60-48.
With the victory, Spectrum improves its record to 6-0 on the campaign. The Sting travel to Annandale (Annandale, MN) to confront the Cardinals in a AA Section 6 challenge on Tuesday, January 2. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a record of 3-2.
Next up, the Fighting Saints confront the Two Rivers Warriors (Mendota Heights, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 28. St. Francis will attempt to improve on its 2-5 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 73-60 non-league win over St. Anthony Village (Minneapolis, MN).
