The Willow Canyon Wildcats basketball team scored 65 points and restricted the visiting Desert Mountain Wolves to 12 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Thursday.

The Wildcats now sport a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Apollo for a 5A Northwest contest on Thursday, January 11.

The Wolves (2-8) will now prepare for their contest against Casteel (Queen Creek, AZ). The Colts come into the non-league contest with a 9-6 record.
