The King's Academy Knights (Sunnyvale, CA) basketball nipped the host Monte Vista Christian Mustangs (Watsonville, CA), 44-38 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Knights (6-5) will now prepare for their test against Notre Dame (Belmont, CA). The Tigers go into the non-league test with a 6-3 record.

The Mustangs now own a 6-5 record. They play next when they host Carmel for a PCAL - Mission test on Tuesday, January 2.
