The Tri County Trojans (DeWitt, NE) basketball knocked off the visiting Pawnee City Indians (Pawnee City, NE), 33-21 in Thursday's non-league contest.

The Trojans now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Deshler for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 28. Tri County will battle a Dragons team coming off a 64-18 non-league win over Franklin (Franklin, NE). The Dragons record now stands at 6-0.

The Indians (0-8) will now prepare for their contest against Sterling (Sterling, NE). The Jets come into the D2 District 1 contest with a 3-5 record. In their last contest, Sterling prevailed over Mead (Mead, NE), 58-18, in a non-league contest.
