Hillsborough Raiders (Hillsborough, NJ) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Franklin Warriors (Somerset, NJ), 59-50 in a league bout.

With the victory, Hillsborough upgrades its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Morristown-Beard (Morristown, NJ) to play the Crimson in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 28. The Crimson come into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Warriors play the Hillsborough Raiders (Hillsborough, NJ) in a bout, on Thursday, January 25. Franklin will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
