Giles Spartans (Pearisburg, VA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Narrows Green Waves (Narrows, VA), 60-35 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Giles upgrades its record to 6-2 on the season. The Spartans travel to Craig County (New Castle, VA) to play the Rockets in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 3. The Rockets go into the bout with a record of 0-6. Craig County lost 51-24 in their recent non-league bout against Roanoke Valley Christian (Roanoke, VA)
