Washington High School Basketball - Waterville thwarts Cascade
December 21, 2024: Waterville, WA 98858 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Waterville Shockers (Waterville, WA) and the visiting Cascade Kodiaks (Leavenworth, WA), observed Waterville's basketball team knock off Cascade by a score of 50-40.
The Shockers (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Moses Lake Christian Academy (Moses Lake, WA). The Lions come into the non-league challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last challenge, Moses Lake Christian Academy prevailed over Odessa (Odessa, WA), 77-41, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Kodiaks encounter the Cashmere Bulldogs (Cashmere, WA) in a 1A South Central challenge, on Friday, January 3. Cascade will attempt to improve on its 1-7 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 6-2 record after their 89-51 league loss to Royal (Royal City, WA).
