California High School Basketball - Centennial knocks off St. Augustine
December 21, 2024: San Diego, CA 92104 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Centennial Huskies (Corona, CA) and the host St. Augustine Saints (San Diego, CA), observed Centennial's basketball team overcome St. Augustine by a margin of 70-53.
The Huskies (4-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Heritage Christian (Northridge, CA). The Warriors come into the non-league challenge with a 12-0 record. In their last challenge, Heritage Christian defeated Oakwood (North Hollywood, CA), 67-23, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Saints battle the Louisville Leopards (Louisville, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 26. St. Augustine will attempt to better on its 2-9 season record. The Leopards come into the challenge with a 4-1 record after their 51-38 non-league loss to Westerville North (Westerville, OH).
