The Lakota Tech Tatanka basketball squad (Pine Ridge, SD), was crushed 56-23 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Custer Wildcats (Custer, SD)

With the victory, Custer advances its record to 4-1 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Sioux Valley (Volga, SD) to meet the Cossacks in a non-league battle on Friday, January 3. The Cossacks enter the battle with a record of 1-1.

The Tatanka now own a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mobridge-Pollock for a non-league battle on Monday, December 30. Lakota Tech will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 59-42 non-league win over Timber Lake (Timber Lake, SD). The Tigers record now stands at 3-0.
